Sup guys I'm currently starting to go back to the gym, but I am only 16 and no very little about Health/Fitness. I've come here in the hope of you guys helping me form a 4-5 day routine, that includes cardio and weightlifting. I go to Golds, so equipment isn't a problem. Diet help would also be cool.
