Sup everybody? I'm new here

Hi everyone!

So i joined this forum to try and get support or any suggestions on how to improve my lifestyle to a healthier and more active life. I'm a college student, 17yrs old.I'm 5 "7 and 198 lbs. What are the things that i should do first in order to get that lean and toned body?

hey there =) welcome to the forum. I'd suggest having a look at what you eat, the nutrition you get. Have a look around cause there's tonnes of information to help =)
