Please allow me to introduce myself. I'm 35 soon to be 36 and have an issue of extra weight and far too much!
In 2001-2002- I worked on my weight and health... lost weight and started to get myself healthy. In 2002 I made a life change and moved to Florida leaving family, support and friends behind. I longed to find a gym that offered the same support and energy I had in Kentucy….
sad I never seem to find that and have gradually put weight back on and find this is killing me. I know myself well enough that extra weight has a huge impact on so many things in one’s life. Before I had an awesome online support where I could talk and work through things and issues I had during my weight loss before.. however I no longer remember the site so for the love of Google I found you guys!
I hope this will be my new online support for my weight loss journey. I will be focused on getting myself to a much better weight. I found a gym near my house which I can easily access on my way home from work to get in some cardio. Later I can add in additional things to help better myself…. But to start out I need just simple cardio to get some of the weight off for starters.
I know that I’m a carb addict and must remove them from my lifestyle during these trying times. In a way I’m trying to find the old me that found the beauty in the changes made to my old self. I lost that along my journey and promise myself to regain my own inner beauty and self worth to make me the strong woman I know I can be in life.
