Summer Pledge

I'm currently 210 lbs. 6,0 and I need to lose 20-30.

I did it two years ago when I was a kid. I'm about to graduate and I want to go off to college NOT being fat again.

I work at a gym and know what I need to do to get results but my major problem is eating.

Teach me. What I'm doing doesnt work anymore. I eat too much and of the wrong foods.

My usual meals

Breakfast:
1-2 Pieces of wheat toast
4-5 Strips of thin turkey bacon
Apple/lite Yogurt

Snack:1 can of pineapple/pear

Lunch:(I really should start packing my own) Milk, Cheese pizza (the joys of public school lunch the salads are a day old), apple and a box of raisins.

Snack2:Sometimes a small sandwich on a wheat hoagie ham/cheese

Dinner:Always healthy unless out. My family cooks very well. But we cook too much and I have a second helping of pork chops usually.

My homework related insomnia then brings me downstairs with the munchies an hour or two before bed time.

On top of that I only get 6-7 hours of sleep per night.

I need help.
 
You work at a gym! Why arent you asking advice there Im sure someone would be happy to help you out. Other than that good luck hope it all goes well for you.
 
Wow..your diet needs some work, man. Lets see here...Asks yourself some questions..better yet, let me ask them for you.
1. Do you have a calorie requirement, and have you taken enough calories out of it?
2. Do you know your macronutrient ratios?
3. What is your protein consumption?
4. Are you on a full body weight lifting program?

Those are 4 basic questions you need answers for, and i recommend that you search around this site for the stickies for that information. With dieting, you need to be extremelly disaplined, and make sure you are eating every meal on time.
