Suggestions...

I'm hoping some of you more knowledgable people on this message board can help me out. I'm looking for a good program to follow that will help me shed about another 25 lbs of fat, add muscle, etc. I've done well in the last year, really all I've done is go to the gym often, five to six times a week, and the big thing is I've never really kept the same routine, always switching it up. But, I think I've somewhat hit a wall, and I really want to reach another level. Any suggestions from anyone on good work out programs that have worked for you, or friends, would be great. Thanks in advance.
 
No one is going to write out a detailed program, that's why there are expensive personal trainers in this world! But, I recommend you pick up a great book, The New Rules of Lifting, it is an excellent read and has tons of programs pre-designed just for you.

With that said, you should research this forum, and in time you will be able to put together a decent workout. Just make sure to incorporate major lifts...deadlifts, squats, bench press, pullups/chinups, rows, lunges, etc etc...

Sorry if it made me sound as if I was asking someone to put together a work out for me. What I was asking for really was somone to suggest a workout they've done, something that I could find, like a link, and go from there. I don't think the people on here are my own personal free trainers. Anyway, sorry for the misunderstanding.
