Hey, I'm Jessie, just joined and was hoping ya'll could give me some ideas on exercise. I am trying to lose around 25-35 lbs. Last summer I lost about 15 lbs. in 2 1/2 months by eating 1200 calories and walking 30 minutes an average of 3-4 days a week, but gained back the weight and obviously want to lose it again!
So, currently I am at 174 lbs.
and am looking for exercising ideas.
Walking gets a little boring after awhile, and I don't fell super safe in the neighborhood anyways, so I'd like to find something else.
I hate running, but I may start doing it to get my cardio up.
I'll be moving into an apartment complex soon that has a decent fitness center with the standard stuff like treadmills and cycling and whatnot.
I've tried Pilates but I didn't really see a result in the few weeks I had done it daily.
So... I apologize for rambling, but was curious if there were any suggestions, preferably with spending the least amount of money as possible.
