Suggestions needed please

Hi Jerry and welcome to the forum :) What you need to change depends on what you've been doing so far. What would be some typical example of how you eat in a day? (Kind and amount of food, snacks, and drinks.) How old are you, what do you weigh, how active are you, what are your health goals?
 
And there is no magic pill to lose weight. You have to start counting calories. if you don’t lose weight, reduce your calorie intake.
Or workout to spend those calories. All the extra calories will be converted into fat.
