Hi Jerry and welcome to the forum What you need to change depends on what you've been doing so far. What would be some typical example of how you eat in a day? (Kind and amount of food, snacks, and drinks.) How old are you, what do you weigh, how active are you, what are your health goals?
And there is no magic pill to lose weight. You have to start counting calories. if you don’t lose weight, reduce your calorie intake.
Or workout to spend those calories. All the extra calories will be converted into fat.
Calories in vs calories out, its that simple. Just find a method that works for you. Some go Keto, some go calorie counting, some ppl just cut the junk and focus on eating as healthy as possible. Don't overwhelm yourself with overthinking it!
