Suggestions for more fat loss

To start off, I'm about 6'3 1/2, weigh about 230lbs. About 6 months ago I weighed just about 290 lbs. I started bike riding to get in shape and have fun, and it worked good until my bike broke. I continued eating good and walking a lot in the morning, and thats how I dropped the weight. I have a bike again, 2 of them. I've got a normal mountain bike that I use for long treks across desert trails. I also have a single speed hybrid that I use for major cardio. Now, weight has been dropping off pretty consistently and quickly until now. I still have a pretty high bf% (not sure on the exact number, but there is quite a bit of fat on me). Don't get me wrong, I have had great results thus far. My resting pulse has gone from around 90 to just under 60. My blood pressure has gone from an average of 150/100 to 120/70. I've gone from wearing a snug 42inch waist to wearing a 36. I am just wondering on how to best go about getting rid of this excess fat. I'm thinking it has something to do with my diet. My breakfast usually consists of a large(r) bowl of cereal (bran flakes with oat clusters, stuff like that). Usually after that I do a ride, when I get back I have 2 eggs on wheat bread. Then a couple hours later, have something else smaller. Then I have dinner later in the evening. I don't eat a lot, I eat generally when I am hungry. I don't drink soda anymore, just diet soda sometimes.
