Hey there Trina! Okay not the greatest success story but here it goes.
In March 2014 I weighed 89 kilos. I currently weigh 69 kilos. So I lost 20 kilos in total which is around 40 pounds I think.
Anyway, my weight loser journey has always been on and off. So at the beginning this summer I actually weighed 79 kilos. It took me two months to lose 10 kilos which is considered healthy.
Weight loss takes time. But it's worth it. So don't expect to lose 25 pounds in a month. Take it one pound at a time, you can do it trust me.
Remember in order to maintain your weight eat healthy and in moderation. Let me know if you want any food ideas :3
