Subway

I know that subway is a good place to eat, every thing fresh, plus that one dude that lost all that weight..

Whats the best sub to get, and wahat should i put on it? I usally get the chicken teraikie with everything on it. What kind of bread is best to get?

the best bread would probally be the whole wheat and dont have any mayo. the only thing i can see wrong would be the sauce on the chicken teriyaki it might be high in fat try checking out there website it should have the list of 6 subs under 7 grams of fat thing that i always see on the stickers behind the sneeze guards.
 
hmm.. i always get meatball sandwhich cuz their damn subs are overpriced.
6 inch = rip off 6 inch isnt worth the money
foot long = about 1000 calories.

their subs are awesome tasting. over priced though and i one footlong contains a lot of calories
 
I eat subway all the time.

you can get a 6 inch roasted chicken (with cheese and fat free mayo its around 400 calories, plain (with veggies) its 320

subway club is about the same.

Check their website like Gram suggested. They have a lot of nutritional info about their food on it.
 
no no u understood that wrong, the cheese isn't fat free, it actually has a quite a bit of fat, u should get the montory jack cheese it has less, I usually get a 6 inch wrap turkey/ham then add xtra meat and put chicken on it with all the veggies, honey mustard and bbq sauce...just had it like an hour ago actually....mmm i want another. Be sure you dont get Southwest sauce and most the other sauces are real high in fat too. BBQ and honey mustard are ok, same with reg mustard
 
the cheese is regular, the low cal mayo (found out its not totally fat free) is low fat (like 3 grams per serving maybe).
