Well, I just got back from a 10 day vacation...needless to say I didn't keep up with my eating or workouts. I stepped on the scale this morning and im 5.4 lbs heavier than when I left.It's time to get back on track!
You didn't store fat that fast....you're just bloated, packed and runnin' heavy. Point being; It's not as bad as you think!
Well I guess all that weight was just waterweight and bloating - I'm now 3lbs lower than when I left for vacation.
