Stuck...

Hi... My name is Mike. For a couple months I was stuck between 255 and 247, I couldn't seem to drop to 246. I had a talk with my coach and he helped me organize my diet. I have now dropped to 240. I work out a lot and I do eat right. I am a type two diabetic. My normal meals include...

Breakfast: 2 cups Raisin Bran w/ 1 cup skim milk w/ 1 cup 100% grape or apple juice. (morning meds: Vit-c, multi-vit, and advandia)

Snack: 4 cups veggies

Lunch: 4 cups chopped sirloin

Snack: 3-4 cups fresh fruit.

Dinner: Tuna Salad with light mayo and wheat noodles. 4 cups.

Snack: 3-4 cups Fresh fruit smoothy.

Note: I usually drink about 100-120 ounces a water per day.

I have a job that is pretty physical that I work Tuesday-Saturday. And I train in Mixed Martial Arts 4 days per week.

I have been stuck at 240 for like 2-3 weeks now. I really want to get to the 230's and work down to 205. Advice?
 
i would maintain where you are for a little while longer while puposely not dieting but maintaining then try and lean down again...if you stall the worse thing you can do is keep trying to lose...the body feels a comfortable at a certain wt / bodyfat so when it gets there it doesn't want to move so give it a chance to feel comfortable where it is then shock it into fat loss in a couple more weeks
