Okay; I have been doing pretty well with my wt loss so far; but for the past weeks my wt is stuck around the 140 - 141 mark...i am afraid i have hit a plateau. I don't know what to do. I was reading somewhere that having a off the plan meal may help kickstart your body and it will begin losing wt; but I am scared to do that as I dont want to go back up to 145 or so. Also I did eat a slice of pizza and had one glass of wine during our office christmas party but nothing changed. So I am thinking of doing the hollywood celibrity diet where you drink liquid for 2 days; if nothing else it will atleast help me cleanse. any advice for me; i so badly, desperately, really really really want to see 139 or even 139.5 on my weighing scale
