To start this off, I am a mother of an almost 2yr old little boy. In February 2011 I found out that I had hyperthyroidism, (but sadly mine was one of the few cases that I didn't lose weight, but gained) And then in April (a few weeks after my son turned 1) I ended up in the hospital with 2 bloodclots in my lungs. So needless to say last year was really rough, I am on medication for both.
The reason I am stuck in a rut, I have been working out for 2months. Excercising, eating healthier and counting calories. In January I lost 10lbs, but last month, I only lost 1lbs. I seem to be stuck in a weight loss rut and I feel myself wanting to give up more and more everyday.
I've been eating more veggies and fruits, changing up my workouts, and doing many different workouts. I've been in this plateau for a month now and my motivation is slowly going down the drain.
I need help, because I'm losing it!!!
