Stuck in a plateau

Im 22 years old, I started at 180 pounds and I'm down to 145 now. I've been stuck there for over two months. I joined this site so I can help keep myself focused and not give up. Everyone needs some motivation sometimes!.. It's hard to talk to my friends about this stuff because they are all thin as rails. I'm so sick of being the "Fat friend"

If anyone has any tips on how to break out of a plateau that would be great.

I currently kickbox 4-5 times a week, and go to the gym 3-4

I meet with a nutritionist and am on a 1300 calorie meal plan

I take multivitamins, eat protein, switch up the foods I eat.

I don't know what else to do.

I'm on a meal plan from the nutritionist, here it is:

Breakfast- 1 carb, 1 diary, 1 protein

AM Snack- 1 fruit

Lunch- 1 carb, 1 dairy, 1 protein

PM Snack- 1 fruit, 1 protein

Lunch- 2 proteins, 1 carb

if you have any suggestions please let me know

what I do to break through a plateau is do some interval training there is lots of good free stuff on the net. I prefer sprints but it pretty hard on the body so maybe start of with one to two times a week. hope that works for you keep up the good work.

I would circuit train with weights . that is what is going to change your metabolism also get a heart rate monitor to track cals. try and workout in the morning when your body has the most energy. get 8 hrs of sleep for full recovey. also do your kickbox 2 days a wk and circuit weight training 3 days a wk .. food wise . eat your carbs around your workouts such as in the morning around your workout sample plan oatmeall 3 egg whites pre workout workout in the morning then after workout have a pro shake and about 20 carbs fast acting carbs like bread then meal 3 would be pro and a veg meal 4 a piece of fruit and then last meal being a protein and veg with some brown rice
