Hi everyone! I have been on and off diets for quite sometime now. I finally got completely real when my birthday came around. I have had two kids and after the first one, I did get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. That may be in part since I was a young'n. After my second child, I managed to get back to what I started at again. To make a long story short, I lost weight, than gained it, lost it, than gained it again. I most recently got up to just near 180 pounds and my jaw dropped to the floor when I saw what the scale said.
It should have read "go run now". My weight got out of hand, so I took over the food leash and put a constraint on my mouth. I am now down to 165. My goal weight is to be 115. So thats 50 more pounds. Well for the past week I have been eating the same amount of food (around 1,200) calories, exercising for one hour (brisk walking, turbojam, power90), and I AM STUCK at 165. As a matter of fact I got down to 162, then GAINED 3 pounds!!! I am completely MORTIFIED, MAD, kind of like this
. What is my problem? Also, does anyone know roughly how long it will take to get down to 115? I am "guesstimating" about 8 months, but I am pushing before next spring! Help? Thanks for reading
