I started my work out few days ago, I cannot go all the time because I worked night. But what I did , I changed my diet , I eat less at work I eat a lot of fruits decreased my portion and decreased the carbs. When I weighed my self of boy I'm depreassed. The weigh seems to be standing there. It doesn't wnat to melt. What should I do ? I'm loosing my faith in my diet. I heard people who have changed their diet lost a minimum of weight. Me no. Please is anyone knows what I can do?
 
how much do you weigh and how many cals do you eat.Your post is a bit vague
You can eat as healthy as you like but eat too much and the weight is going nowhere.

Use a bmr calculator,then adjust the result to your activity level,from there knock off a certain amount of cals and the laws of physics dictate you must lose weight.

Plus since you only started a few days ago,dont expect miracles,just do the right things and it will work
