whats up im new here...im 16 yrs old and last year about this time i was way over weight...i was like 280 lbs and i felt terrible...i went on the south beach diet and i lost around 90 lbs...and i feel 500 times better...but i still got that stubborn fat on my stomach and my chest...i just cant get it to work...ive started eating healthy and i slip up a little bit, but its a lot of fruit i eat and drink a lot of water....i just cant get rid of the fat on my stomach and chest...i have a torn ACL and injured it this week so i couldnt do any excercises...but if anyone has any good meal plans...and they have like an exercise plan they could give me i would greatly appreciate it...summers around the corner and i dont wanna be embarresed to go swimming and take off my shirt and everything
