I've been trying to burn fat for a very long time with what seems like little effect. I am 5'0, female age 27. Last September I weighed 120 lbs and Ive brought that down to 105 lbs. My clothing size has gone from a 7 to a 3. But to be honest, I don't NOTICE a massive difference...my belly has remained more or less the same and this could be the reason why it seems like I haven't really made much progress. I also bloat really really easily and often end up looking much fatter than I actually am.
I'm vegetarian and try to eat healthy. Healthy eating happens 60-70% of the time. Sometimes I indulge and eat things like fries or chocolate. I'm pretty conscious of daily nutrition requirements and try to stick to getting adequate amounts of things I need.
I work out maybe 5 times a week. 3 days I do a mix of strength training and cardio (1.5 hrs) and 2 days just cardio: running usually, for about 30-40 mins.
What am I doing wrong? What could I do better? I feel discouraged thinking that even 15 lbs hasn't made a great difference...visually I still have a long way to go before looking fit and toned.
