I've seen a lot of articles where they say that cardio will be enough for weight loss, but after all, if you want a good body, you need weight training and proper nutrition.
The ideal gym programs are based on three fundamentals: overload, progression, and specificity. By utilizing these fundamentals, you can design a fitness program that enhances performance, ability, skill, and physical fitness.
And here's another great diary. As I understand it, it's great for those who work regularly and diligently. I hope to become such a person. Very motivating, thank you!
