So currently i'm eating 3 meals a day, and i'm losing much more weight then when i was eating 6 smaller. Now i eat oatmeal or 3 egg whites for breakfast, coffee for lunch, healthy choice/lean cuisine for dinner, and then oatmeal for late night snack...along with about a gallon of water. I'm losing almost a pound per day. I used to eat 2 banana's and an orange between meals, along with a tuna fish can for lunch-tuna in water, the smaller can..straight out the can.

Why is this..?? I do feel great aswell, i'm taking my daily vitamin with iron and a b-100 vitamin which i HIGHLY recomend, gives me great energy. My gym workouts are the same, 4 times aweek.

BTW I'm 5'7, 277lbs

Cutting fruit out has little to do with your weight loss - if you're keeping track of your calories any where i'd guess they're too low for your current weight...

I'm sorry but you're having coffee for your lunch?
I don't think you are going to be consuming all the calories you need to keep your self healthy.
As a guide you should be aiming to lose 10% of your body weight per week so for you 2-3lb would be about right. Sure there are weeks where you will lose more and some where you will lose less but IF you are actually losing a lb a day then that is too much. you need to be carefull or you run the risk of dameging your metbolism in the long term.

I think eating is important for your health. In stead of drinking coffee, you may drink fresh fruit of fruit juice?

Banana have a lot of calorie.. Try apple, orange... They have a lot of water in it and less calories...

Wow... 1 lbs a day...... If you think you don't have too less energy and still feeling fresh and energy full... Then it should be okay.. I think... But how much calories are you taking each day?

I have tried not to eat after 4 pm and I ended up very tired the 3th day... So.. that was not really good... =/

This most likely has more to do with caloric differences than frequency of meals.

Coffee does not count as a meal.

Your calories seem very low.

Plus the diet is serverly lacking in terms of nutritional value, macro and micro.

I'm losing almost a pound per day.

That would be cool if weight loss was the goal.

Too bad fat loss is.
