Stop losing weight after 1st week?

i m 18yr old and about 175cm 90kg now. i been trying to lose some weight since about 3 weeks ago. Previously i would eat 3-4bowl of rice for each meal and eat snack whenever i feel like!

But now I eat less, a light breakfast and dinner, but heavy lunch. And i run 7km almost everyday (at least 5 day a week).

During the firstweek i manage to lost 4kg (was 94kg), but after that the 2 weeks i m still 90kg even though i continue running everyday and eat healthily(i try to avoid oily food and stop eating whenever i feel that i m full).

Can anyone tell me how come i stop losing weight after the first week?

I'm not an expert, but it seems that you are doing fine. I would say that you are toning your muscles. From what I know, muscle weighs more than fat. You may have lost some fat at first and then started gaining muscle which is good thing. ;) My advice...keep on truckin'. The more muscle you gain, the more fat you can burn. Good Luck!
