Stool problems

I'm on a bulking diet, eating around 4000-5000 cals a day. I eat very clean.
Daily I usually eat around 500 grams of brown or wild rice (measured dry), or whole-wheat pasta and whole-wheat bread. I get my protein from grilled chicken breasts or fish. Eat veggies(mostly tomatoes) and fruits (bananas or oranges). Eat 6 times per week.
I don't eat too much fiber because it causes me some problems like gas, Diarrhea and similar.
Even with limited fiber. I still get a non-solid chunky and liquidy stool and frequent trips to the john (number two :( ) which is around 5-6 times a day (sometimes more).
I also eliminated completely dairy from my diet it helped a bit but still, I'm the stool problems.

The weirdest thing is, I have a cheat day once a week, on Saturday and I eat whatever I want, and that is mostly junk food and drink plenty of coca-cola, eat candy and burgers. And on that day my problems "magically" dissapear, I'm not having any stool problems, on the contrary I have a solid stool that single day.

So i'm having these problems when I eat clean and not having the problems when I eat junk and that is highly frustrating.

I don't use any supplements, not even whey protein. The only thing close to supplement that I use is multivitamin and flax seed.

Since I described my diet, can anyone tell me which food or what can be causing the problems that I have?

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I drink a lot of water

How many grams in fibre are you actually getting?

Im not sure, but you must be eating something that you cant digest properly and therefore traps water in the intestine giving you your symptoms.

Don't know exactly, but It's not much. I eliminated oats and other flaky foods. The only fiber comes from whole wheat bread, but that's not a significant amount of fiber, and also from flax seed, but I take only two tablespoons per day which is also not that much.
I don't know if there's fiber in the rice.
That's about it

yeah there is, you should count it all up.

Otherwise, try eliminating one food at a time per day and see if you can pick up any pattern. For example, if you didnt eat rice for the day and you didnt get your symptoms you know what your problem is.

Yeah that's what I did with other foods, like dairy and fibrous carbs. Rice is what I eat everyday, in large amounts, so I might try not eating that for a few days, and see what happens

I had a similar problem. I had incredible gas, and it was quite painful. It happened everyday around 5pm. While exercising, the gas becomes so painful that I literally have to stop and go to the bathroom and release smelly, loud, and very relieving gas. Okay, I don't think I needed to explain that much to you, but you get the idea.

Anyway, I decided to track it down. I wrote down everything that went into my mouth. From water, to food, to pills. I found the problem one day. It was the vitamin pills I was taking. I read the bottle, and found that it warns about gas problems and to stop taking it right away. After doing that, I felt so relieved. 5 rolled around and I didn't have the gas problem any more.

I suggest writing down everything. I mean everything that goes into your mouth. Then try to pinpoint when you're having the problem, and what you ate prior to that.

I tried eliminating flax seeds. I switched from it from flax oil and the problem continues. I tried not taking either one, didn't help. I think I eliminated every food didn't find the problem. Can the high protein intake have something to do with this?
I'm very determined on gaining muscle, so I'm willing to live with the problems that I have. Maybe that's just the way my body handles high amounts of food.

How long has this been happening? It is possible that it's not your food, and it could be an infection, even though the Saturday thing would be odd.

It's been going on for around 2-3 months, it gets better few days, and the next few days worse. The problems are to a lesser extent when I eat junk food.. which is frustrating.
The only thing that I haven't taken out of my diet is the chicken breast. I live on chicken breasts. I switch to fish some days but It's mostly chicken breasts.
I'm not gonna eat chicken this week, see what happens.
I think It might not be the fiber, I've eaten 500 grams of oats today which is a lot of fiber, and I'm feeling great, not having any problems. Eliminating fiber didn't help much. I'm eating fish today instead of chicken.. I don't know, maybe my body developed a resistance towards chicken breasts because I've been eating them too much too often. Is such thing possible ?
I'm gonna keep experimenting until I find what's the problem. If I don't resolve this by myself I'm gonna get checked for an infection.
Also I went to the doctor they did all kinds of tests and scans, liver, kidney, stomach and similar.. everything was ok.
They didn't run a test for an infection-bacteria

Just an update:
I think I found the problem. The past few days I'm not having any problems. No gas, no bloating, no frequent trips to the john.
The problem was in something I least expected to be. The chicken breast... I don't know why it caused the problem. I never even thought the chicken breast would cause this. I thought fiber, or lactose from dairy was causing the problems. I'm eating large amounts of fiber now, I eat more than a pound of oats daily and still everything's alright.
I switched to fish instead of chicken, which is a good change.
