Hey guyz and girlz. Im 16 from South Australia, Australia lol. A while back i hadn't weighed my self for ages, then i saw i was 67 kgs at about 156 cm tall. I got worried bout that, as i had a bit of a belly so i started jogging every night and eating "better" i got down to 64.1 kg and i was happy, but i suddenly got sore ankles. 4+ months on I've shot up a bit, and everyone is saying i've lost weight, yet i now weigh 69 kg? I stopped running and everyhting, too.
Ok, but now to the point, im bout 69 now, and i wanna loose my gut, i don't want a 6 pack or a 4 pack or any pack, i just want a slim flat belly and maybe just a tad of muscle on it.
I could eat more healthy, if somebody helped me with a plan, i would stick to it and i would excercise on the days im not at work after school, but at long as its not hard as im pretty much active at school all break times, and sport classes.
Forgot to add, i took up doing situps for a while, too.
