Hello everyone, I'm new here and hoping someone can help me out with some advice and info please...
I'm male, in my 20's and I'm fairly thin in my arms, legs region but I have noticed my belly is getting a bit bigger/flabby, it's nothing major or anything but I do have a scar on my stomach since birth and because it was create so early in my life there's not really any muscle under it, infact it seems as if it's attached to something inside as if it's pulled inwards and with this bit of flab around it, its a bit uncomfortable as the fat is further out than the scar creating an indent in my stomach area...
I was hoping someone here could tell me, what's the best way for me to loose this annoying weight from my belly and how can I build a bit of muscle in this area? Not a complete size pack, but enough to look normal so when I sit down my stomach ain't starting to petrude.
I'd like to do this without joining a gym... and preferrably at home, but have read conlficting info online as to how to do this and not sure what to do, I need good advice. My job requires me to sit at a PC constantly so I'm worried that's playing a major part and possibly even my posture?
As I say it's not massive or anything yet but it's annoying me and I'm worried incase it gets worse/bigger, and with the scar I find it hard to build any sort of muscle... as I say I am thin all over apart from this area and I'm starting to look a bit like ET ha ha!?
Any help from someone who knows their stuff would be immense!!
