Steve's Slimmer Self 2013 Edition!
About me:

So a bit about myself, I'm 6ft 6in, 24 years old, and from the UK. I've always been overweight, and I joined on here back in 2008 (How long ago that feels!) to try to sort things out, after a while of progressing I slipped into bad habits between family deaths, and my university final year of exams, it went pretty bad, wiping out all the original progress I'd made.
Back in January 2007 I was up at 410lbs, by the end of 2008 I'd managed to get down to 320 which was great at the time. Fast foward to the end of university (July 2010~), and boom 436.3lbs (Just over 31 stone)
Ever since then I've been weighing in regulary, and constantly lurking on the boards, and have managed to lose 151.8lbs getting myself down to 284.6 (The lowest I've been in well forever!).
My Goal:
My goal of 200lbs is what I'm aiming for by the end of 2013 (Though September is my overall preference)! I'll be... officially healthy then!
So that's another 84.6lbs to go, preferably in 9 months (2.35lbs a week). Based on what I've currently being doing, it should be doable as long as I don't slip, but I'm guessing as always it'll get harder near the end!
Weight Loss so far:
It's been fairly constant so far since I started again, always having a few blips during holidays/birthdays etc, but that's to be expected, honest!
I haven't really changed much yet, simply eating less of what I eat (Still eating "wrong" food though), and running up and down a lot of stairs while fixing things at work
