I am new to posting messages on forums so if I am posting in the wrong place ya'll just let me know
I decided to start this diary as a form of motivation. I usually acheive my goals better if I have someone monitoring my progress and I could definitly use some support. I am currently 175 and its the largest I have ever been. My normal weight is about 140-150 but I would like to shoot for 130-135 so I need to lose about 40 pounds. I have done alot of research on weight loss and meal plans in the past few weeks and I have decided that I am going to lose this weight by eating 1000-1200 calories a day and using my elliptical machine in the morning for 20-40 minutes depending on the time that I have (some mornings are crazier than others!) I would like to lose the bulk of the weight by Valentine's Day of 2006 which leaves me about 3 months. I am not sure if this is realistic or not. As far as my support I am really hoping I can find that here. I have a wonderful boyfriend who is supportive but just not in the way I need. He never says anything bad about my weight gain (he has a put on a little weight too but on his body it just makes him look more muscular, its not fair!!!) but he eats things in front of me that I cant have and just things like that. Here what I have had today so far...
My food for today, 1/16/05, has been as follows:
Breakfast - Bowl of Frosted Mini-Wheats w/ Skim Milk....437
Lunch - Lean Cuisine...290
Thats all I have had so far and that is already a total of 727 calories. I have roughly 300 calories left to eat for dinner, which looks like its going to be a can of tuna. Any suggestions or comments on how to do this the best way would be GREATLY appreciated!!!! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!!
