Stationary bike

what areas of the body does it work out????? my stationary bike always has the bar handles moving....so does that mean i work out my arms..?? i dont know...

help apprciated

Didnt know the handles moved on stationary bikes. You mean the bikes handles are just shaking while you pedal or theres something on there moving your arms?

It is brilliant for weight loss. It sounds stupid, but if you wana give something interesting a go, get a black binbag, make a head hole and arm holes, put a t shirt on over the top, then a jumper over the top of that.

Go on your bike, 10-15min will do :) Take the stuff off and see how much your sweating then. It's a good way to get a realllyyyy good sweat going.
Im doing it 5x a week on my stationary bike, only 10-15min a night is fine.
 
ohh a black bag like trash bag lol...yea i sweat a bit but not that much but i love sweating cause i know im actually working out ill have to try that i do 60 min on my bike 30 mintues in the morning then 30 at night i cant do it for to long for some reason it hurts my butt...lol..

yea the handle bars move while your pedaling....i get more tired with that but ill just put my hands to the side and when i pedal the whole handle bars move....hard to explain..lol

heres the pic of the bike i have see that whole handle bar thingy that moves when you pedal, its not like a regular bike where you just hold on to the handles and just move your feet this does both which is more tiring like i said.

Yeh deffo give it a try, yeh, trash bag haha.

Just make sure you do it in private, dont want your relatives walking through the house and seeing you putting a 'trash'bag on yourself haha :) Sorry I dont say trash I say binbag, british (Y)

lol....haha they wont care at all ill put a sweater over it or something.
no the bike was onmy 88 $$ around there it was on sale and still is. it works great for me small and simple.

are you seriously advocating sweating as a form of weight loss? you aren't losing any fat - just dehydrating yourself. any movement on the scale will come right back once you start drinking water again...
