Starvation diet NOT a good idea

I tried to fast for days at a time over 4 week period-weight was dropping like a rock- but I had zero energy and one day actually passed out- finally I gave in and binge ate, and gained baCK all the weight i lost and then some..
If anyone is thinking of not eating for days as a way to lose weight- don't do it!!! I don't think you have to starve yourself to lose weight, and going days without food can really mess up your body..

^ This is sound advise.I am sorry to hear that it happened to you (very worrying to hear that you passed out!) I know a friend who did exactly the same thing,thought it was the best way to lose weight quickly (which it was,) but by no means was for the long term, and she put it all back on again almost immidietly.
It just goes to show it's about a healthy balence,and making losing weight a part of your lifestyle,as aposed to doing something drastic over a very small peroid of time.It'll be so much more effective in the long run.
