1) I see 3.5 abs.
2) Your obliques are not too fat, but they are not cut.
3) I wouldn't tell anyone else that you look at yourself in the mirror that much.

You don't have much of any fat, which is good, but you're also really skinny. I'm guessing your height is around 5'8-5'9, and 105 lbs. is at the bottom of the weight range for both men and women; height doesn't even need to be taken into account.

You need to do a full-body weight lifting work out 3 times a week and eat much more food than you do. You're pretty much the definition of an ectomorph (skinny, high metabolism, hard for them to put on both muscle and fat).

Lifts you should be doing:
- Flat Bench Press 3 x 8-10
- Squat 3 x 8-10
- Deadlift 3 x 8-10
- Lat Pulldowns or Pull-Ups 3 x 8-10 (do however many pull-ups you can)
- Seated Rows 3 x 8-10
- Military Press 3 x 8-10
- You should squat or deadlift every workout, and then do at least 3 of the others listed above. You can throw other lifts in, but focus on the six above. You should be in and out in no more than an hour. Eat right after you lift.

You can find links to how to do those exercises on this website, or Google. If you're in high school your school's weight room should have all of the things you need for them.

As far as diet goes, I'm 19 myself and started pretty skinny too. You don't really have to worry about what you eat at this age. The biggest thing for you is to eat as much protein as possible (chicken, turkey, fish, whey protein powder) and not eat too many carbohydrates past 6:00 pm. Obviously the better your diet is the better you'll do, but I know from experience that it doesn't matter that much at this age.

Good luck.

Alright this is going to be mean but brutally honest, you've been warned.

You look like your an inmate at an Auschwitz holocaust camp. You need to eat bro. You need to eat and workout. But most of anything, just eat. Yes you have abs but at what cost? It looks like if the wind merely picked up you would go asunder. This is coming from someone who is 6'0 and 165ish as well. I'm a skinny boy but man, you need to just hit up the weights and pump some iron. You have next to no muscle but you have the frame to pack it on, get to it.

Ok so the thing is I want to not just yet a sixpack I don't really care about that I Just want a flat atomic and look in shape. And when ever I do eat a lot I feel bigger so that's my deal.

This is the 5th nearly identical thread you have started asking the same question and getting the same responses.

5th time!!

Eat and lift as others have said...otherwise you might need to find a vanity site. sorry but you asked.

I don't think you look good. I think if you eat a lot and startin pumpin some iron you will look much better.

I'm not a huge fan of the whole "gotta get abs" thing that a lot of people seem to go for. I think they look good on a person with a lot of lean body mass, but when you're just skinny it's not a good look.

I personally think a big muscular chest, arms, shoulders, legs (basically just pack on a load of muscle everywhere haha) looks better than being really slim and having your abs show through.

I have a sister who's 17 and a lot of the guys she knows are really slim, as a lot of people are at that age, and they seem convinced they have amazing abs, yet their chests are flat as a pigeons and they have no width to their back and shoulders.

From the pics you should be worrying more about your actual health than how you look right now. You are too skinny in my opinion, and although i'm no professional, it just seems obvious from the pictures.

i'm 5'6" tall, so quite a lot shorter than you and i'm 152lb at the moment, and I don't think this is heavy enough, so imo you have lots of weight to gain but go for it and stop worrying so much about how you look.

If you do decide to start working out don't look at yourself every day extensively in the mirror, the changes won't come overnight and you will just get depressed.
