This past year i've been struggling so hard to work out eat healthy and lose weight, 2 years ago i gained 30 lbs and since then i've been an off and on excersicer..... i'll workout really hard for a coupel months lose 15 lbs then stop and gain it back.... this is probably my third time doing that this year... so today i started doing Turbo jam again i've had results every time i did this.... soi'm back to it!! i need to stick to it though for more than 2 months!!! i also havea problem eatign healthy i'm tryign to cut out the bad foods now the juk foods but i still haev problems cooking creative healthy meals, i've never been a cooker and i've never had to work about my weight, up till the 2 years ago i was always 120lbs..... so this is a huge struggle for me.... i wish it was easy.. but between working and beign so tired after and tryign to find healthy yummy foods to eat i always feel liek i cna't stick to it and i'm so worried i'll fail again!!! any advice??
