Starting Turbo Jam

Hi!

I'm new to this site. I used to go to beach body's website but their site is down and my subscription is up. I haven't worked out in like 3 months. I was doing turbo jam and yoga booty ballet before and was happy with the results but I got busy. I work in the city so I don't get home till late and then I started selling Mary Kay cosmetics which I absolutely love. So I'm trying to work all this together. My boyfriend just restarted P90X again also. We both do better when we can motivate each other. However, I am not nearly athletic enough to do P90X. Last time he did it the diet is what really burnt us both out. It's a lot of intense cooking of food that isn't that yummy. So we planned our own meals this time. I used some high protien cook books along with my favorite weight watchers book. He is tryin to bulk up while I just want to tone things a little and be more healthy. We are both young and pretty active and neither of us are overweight at all. So I figured I would post here and see if anyone else is doing Turbo Jam I'm interested to see how it's working for you. Also I would love to hear about P90X experience espcially regarding the meal plans. Anyway, love the beachbody products and would recommend them to anyone.

I love p90x and yeah, it is tough. If you "aren't athletic enough" for it now, you can be. I'm doing the hundredpushups.com challenge to get a little more upper body strength before I try it again. I started and fell behind (life sure does get in the way sometimes) but can't wait to start over. I don't know much about Turbo Jam, but I enjoy taking PiYo and Turbo Kick classes, who are also by Chalene Johnson. I've heard lots of good things about Turbo Jam.

Best wishes in your quest. It sounds like you're on the right path!
