AHi folks,
Looking to distract myself in the evenings, so instead of drinking wine and over snacking , ill be interacting and posting. Thought I'd pop in to say hi - I have about 30 lbs or 15 kgs to Gozo need all the tips and help you can offer. I just quit weight watchers as it wasn't my scene, and have started on celebrity slim - which is more strict and my style.

I must say, I'm totally ok during the day - I exercise and eat right, but it is night time that lets me down. Or rather I let myself down, through snacks and over eating, or turning to wine instead of exercise as a stress release. Before I know it the bottle's empty and I have my head in the fridge.

The new plan is shakes and bars, with a decent meal at dinner with 3 fruit snacks through the day.
