i need to kno how to start a diet, how can i make the switch from eating my favorite snack foods everyday whenever i want to eating right and gettin exercise?
There are plenty of posts that deal with this. Change one thing at a time. Work into it. But then again others will say... go for the gold and jump right in.
It all depends on you. It's not hard. Eat often and well. Move often and regularly. That's it
