starting my new diet and training lifestyle wish me luck

i am currently starting my new diet today august 18, i will be updating this post regularly with my nutrition and workout regimen for the day. i will also be posting my weekly transformation pictures so that u could see my improvements.

current weight: 176
height: 5 feet 9 inches
bodyfat percentage: 15
waist: 30

goal weight: 160
bodyfat percentage: 8
waist: 28
 
its been 3 days so far, i have been real busy to post my updates, well so far everything is going according to plan, i have started to see results which is great. i am going to post my before pics up tomorrow along with my workouts. i am also going to be posting weekly pics so as to show my improvements.

Sounds like a great way to keep the motivation going. Having photo evidence is always a good motivator to keep you working toward your goals.
 
today's diet and workout went great, jogged 5 miles in the morning, the last 2 miles were HIIT style, trying to rev up the engines. my strength training is mostly calisthenic exercise, so today i did about 800 reps of push ups, 350 pull ups, did 500 reps crunches, also played little basketball after. feeling good already seeing improvements, my next update pics gonna b way better. i also decided to check my weight weekly. i will also try to measure my bicep and chest circumference probably post the results tomorrow.
 
another day well spent, surprising i am down to 166 lbs, i guess most of my weight was water weight, well i ran the hills today interval style, did about 15 sets of hill sprints. my evening workout was mostly isometric holds for pull ups and push up along did body weight squats 500 reps. hope my leg is not sore for my cardio session tomorrow morning. diet also was good had lots of fruits and vegetables, had some grill chicken for lunch and dinner feeling great.
