and I need a lot of help.
Beginning in september im starting a brand spankin new workout. I have access to a full gym and am completely dedicated. I can workout up to 4 hrs a day if necessary but only monday-friday.
I want a workout that will get me toned and fit. Can anybody design me a full workout schedule that I can use to get these results? Spare no detail because I dont know much
. I dont want to get any bigger though, as I think im already too large.
My info:
-18 years old
-6 feet tall
-weigh 210 lbs
-15% bodyfat
-no workout partner
If any additional info is needed I would be more than happy to provide it.
