hi everyone i am from australia,

don't know really what i am doing and if i am posting in the right area, sorry if I am not

wanted to congratulate all of you on your weight loss success well done

I started optifast diet 4 weeks ago and have lost 5.5kg and now weigh 71kg hoping to lose 16kg on this diet

i made this ticker up but it isn't showing LOL there you go, I am new to forums as you can tell sorry guys

Hey Starburst, go to User CP up on the left there<<<< and then pick Edit Signature.... Once you have done that paste that code you have there in the signature box, select save and it sould show up in all of your posts.
