Stand still

After an good start in the first 5-6 weeks, I have a feeling that I'm approaching a stand still on my weight loss journey, that my weight loss will slow down and come to an halt or become terribly slow :(.

Although not confirmed yet, I have a strong feeling that this could be the case even if I'm following the same diet as I started up with. My body is adjusting its requirement for calories to keep the weight stable according to what is served . I really hope this isn't the case. But if it is I only see two ways to fight back and keep the pace of the weight loss up:

Starvation (this is obvously not an healthy alternative) or (exessive) exercise. Lazy as I am I don't know if this would be a sustainable alternative either.

Does wieght loss always have to be hard work :willy_nilly:? (Once in my youth I was able to unintentioally lose 10 kg in 3 weeks just through 40 h/week of hard labor.) On the other hand it almost feels like I'm cheating :hurray: if that is not the case, after 7 weeks it is just too easy to follow a strict diet plan (no hunger or craving for sweets and cookies or anything ). Even if it is easy to follow my current diet I would find it hard to be motivated without any real results and I would probably regain what I already lost and then some:(. So frustrating :willy_nilly:

To sum it all up, I think I only needed to vent :svengo:

If you are workout on the evening, adding morning workouts will help big time and give you the same effect as caffiene in the morning. This is prolly one of the hardest thing for me to incorporate in my routine since I workout only in the evenings but after 5 months and making it morning habit. One of the benefits I'm experiencing is more energy and less stress you tend to be in a much better mood. Something is up
If your coworkers ask you what will it take for you to break and snap.

Hi TikTak,

I have hit many stalled points along the way in my journey, and the good news is that all I did was keep pressing forward, and the weight loss eventually came back. I have now lost 46.2 pounds in a little over 4 months. I always walk/jog for about 1.25-1.5 hours. Your bound to stall in the weight-loss journey a few times... click on my football tracker below and it will take you to a graph of my weight... it up/down/up/down/flat/down... but notice one thing...it always leads down!

Keep on keeping on.
