o yes soy have no aminos as well. veggans have it tough that way, or vegitarians one in perticular hit's close to home. in that ill be watching what they eat so I know there healthy. and just a note if it wasn't for todays technology and advanced access to any food in the world total vegitarianism would not be possable.
