So this is the beginning of my Food/Exercise Log, and I've had some great success in my past for getting on track for weight loss (a total of 45lbs once) and kicking my diet coke habit and even curbing my insomnia, but as most stories go, I "fell off the wagon" and have struggled since.
Thankfully I'm sure this time around I will be able to stick with it and get the results I have wanted since I was 14years old. I think it's about time I was able to look into a mirror and see who I am and not the girl buried beneath layers of self-indulgence.

2. Sm. salad, 1/3 Tomato, Ranch dressing, 1 cup Strawberries
3. Pita bread, Lettuce, Tomato, Cuccumbers, Onions, Mushroom, Bacon, Ztatziki sauce, cheddar
4. Tortilla w/ dip
