Squats and Deads, Squats and Deads

I never used to be able to do squats and deads due to knee problems, but recently, I've started squatting weekly and doing deads as well, and now I'm noticing full body changes. My abs are coming through like never before, and I'm barely doing ab exercises. I know everyone knows this, but I figured I'd share some real world application. They aren't super fun to do, but they are definitely worth every rep.
