sprained ankle please help

so ive sprained my ankle, im always falling on my ankles most the time it hurts and then im up and its fine, this time it hurt like hell, swelled up straight away, left it till this morning out outta bed couldn't put weight on it and was hoping round my flat, got a cab to a n e really thought i had broken it, doc said it was very tender around the bone, my toes are cold to, my foot is turning inwards, it hurts more on the outside but also on the inside, ive been given crutches and told to keep it elevated and applie ice and take pain killer for the pain, thing is i have work Saturday (its now Thursday) im a health care assistant in a busy ward so walk alot, am i going to be able walk on my foot on Saturday? if not when will i be able to walk with out the aid of crutches??
also what grade of ankle sprain is this is it a 2 or 3??

That really sucks that you've sprained you're ankle, it sounds really painful! Unfortunately, a forum or really any online source is not where you want to be asking these questions. Your doctor, physical therapist, registered massage therapist, or chiropractor are probably the only people who can and should be answering these questions for you.
