alright...I've been ill for a while, tired all day and for some reason I have a appetite of a lion. Today, I kinda went overboard when it came to food. Slices of bread with peanutbutter, 2 big bowls of oatmeal...and countless little snacks like cookies and crackers. We had risotto for dinner, and I didn't hold back on that either.
It comes down on the fact that I ate a lot. And not just low calorie stuff. Now I know a splurge from time to time isn't so bad, but I've already gained weight cuz I've been ill. I feel kinda bad about this. I'm already starting to pick up doing small little things again, like walking with the dog, but a heavy workout or jogging / running is still too much for me. I don't want days like today have too much effect. What can I do?
