Special K. Who eats it?

I was just wondering. Ive been eating a bowl here and there for a couple weeks now. I have to add a little bit of sugar though, just plain its too... plain. Anyone else eat this?
 
I eat it a few times a week although I skip the sugar and add half a bannana or half a teaspoon of honey

I think any high fiber, low fat/sugar cereal will do the trick because it will help keep you full longer and is also healthy for you!
My personal fave: Go Lean Crunch! I'm not sure if you have any "Trader Joes" stores near you, but that is where I get mine. They actually have a bunch of fiber cereals, but all taste like.... um.... twigs. :p
 
i eat oatmeal ^_^ the high fiber/complex carbohydrates makes me satiated loooooonger and gives me the energy i need when i do weight training. it also made my bad cholesterol level very very low! to sweeten it, i use half a teaspoon of honey and i add bananas or apples.

In my area they sell them at Cub Foods and at Wal-Mart. I agree about the 'twigs' comment lol, but they are loaded with fiber and protein, and they're priced well. If they are too bland just dump a packet of splenda on them.
