Spare Tire

Hi Everyone,

I'm new here but not new to the exercise scene. I am however 2 months into working out again after a 4 year somewhat lazy time. I've been doing good with my diet and am losing body fat and gaining muscle. I am however haveing trouble losing the spare tire around the waist. Any tips on how to accomplish this? I walk 3 miles every day with my dog and workout on my bowflex 3 days a week. I am also taking two suppliments which are N.O.Explode and Whey protein. I also drink 1 - 1 1/2 gallons of water per day. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
