Soya meat Madras

You can use chicken but I used soya meat..

You need - (per person)

150g soya meat
1 chilli pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp oil (I used fry light)
2 tbsp curry powder
200g chopped tomatoes
200ml water
1 medium onion (finely diced)
2 tbsp tomato puree

Heat the oil and fry the onions over a medium heat for 5 minutes

Add the soya meat and cook for a further 5 minutes

Add the curry powder and continue cooking for 2 minutes

Add the remaining ingredients and stir well

Cook on full heat for 15 minutes

Serve alone, with coriander leaf or basmati rice :)

Approx - 220 calories
