I've been making decent progress so far in terms of my weight loss. 30 pounds in 2 months is nothing to sneeze at (even though I wanted to lose 40 in that timeframe), but even with that, I noticed that I'm not having as many problems with my erections as I did when I was much heavier. All this exercise and eating more healthily has seemed to help me with my blood flow. I know Dr. Oz has talked about weight loss and how it can relate to penis size as well. I know it doesn't get "bigger" so to speak, but when you have less fat down there, more of it becomes visible. I know this is a sort of "hush hush" topic for a lot of people, but I wanted to know if there are other men out there that have had the same experience? My brother and I are competing with each other, and he told me he's noticed a difference as well.
