I had too miss 2day because I was WAY too sore. I really didn't want to miss. I feel if i went I would get maybe 1 good exercise in thats how exhausted I am. I've been really flushed on the last couple exercises for a couple sessions. My workload has nearly doubled I should have expected this to be coming. And yes my diet is GOOD.
Still I don't feel good ab missing. How do you know when to draw the line between missing and being too sore? Or do you just never miss no matter what.
