Hey everyone, im such a pretty girl. Im 20 and id be model material if i lost 30 lbs im sick of hearing "oh you have a pretty face" I would love to get rid of this dreaded fat! ARGH...i obsess about my weight

im 150 pounds.....=(
i am short like 4'11...i need to weigh 100 lbs

this is what i ate today
b-meusli ceral with one percent fat milk

l-mr.noodle

dinner-two whole grain toasts with chicken(white breast) and garden veg spread

snack- two packs of thinspiration oreo packs
so about 1300 cals? is this bad...:cool:
 
not at all!!!! that is really good, if you keep eating arounf 1200-1500 calories and moderately exercise you should see the pounds melt away! good luck~
 
I think you need to eat more. I keep getting told I need to eat more- but more healthy things like fruits. I've been told that if you don't eat enough, your body clings to the fat that you do eat and that's how you become overweight. Where as if you eat lots of healthy stuff your body works better as a machine.

I used to be in the same position as you - everyone told me I should be a model but I needed to lose weight. I managed to do it, and you definitely can too!

Water - how much water you have drink in 1 day?

Hi Maninoochka,

Water played an imnportant part in washing aways the toxics and fats in our body. So how much water you actually drink and what kind of water are you drinking? e.g tap water, distilled water It is best to include vegetables in every meal but exclude milk and eggs.

you should have your resting metabolic rate measured. You might only need 1000 kcals per day because you are short. My cousin is as tall as you has this metabolic rate. (of course she has been on a diet and that might have slown down her metabolism) I am not an expert but maybe a nutritionist can measure it. I had mine measured by a nutritionist.

I think you are onto something with eating more. I have also heard that eating too little can cause the body to hold onto fat. I also find that restricting myeself makes me obessess more about food. Listen to your body. Eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. When possible eat health foods. Eating can be about so much more than food.

im in the same kind of situation only im tall and i have a larger build so I'd never be a model and dont want to be.. but I do want my body to be as pretty as i am. you're doing awesome though and you're not that overweight, im sure you can do it. good luckkk.
 
o0o no i dont think thats bad at all ive been told to stay on a 1200-1300 cal diet but dont get to absessive its not good for if you slip and eat something bad forgive yourself and get back on track : ) o0o and yes my dietition told me to be on this diet anyway im 17 i weigh about 297 and im 5' 4" yah im pretty big so i know how you feel well i hope you lose the weight but take our time : ) it will come off
