The fact that i look like Im still pregnant.. I will go into the stores in town and people will ask me 'whens the baby coming'? It breaks my heart.. I know part of it is still my swollen uterus, but there is a lot more hanging down there that really needs to go.. I've lost 15 lbs since I had her 10 days ago *she was 7lbs 4oz, so really I havent lost that much* .. I just have a lot more confidence in getting this weight off faster because I only gained 25 compared to the 50 I gained with my first (though I did end up at the same weight 175# because I was heavier to begin with this time around).. My question is, is there anything besides walking I can do to exercise? I know the crunches are still off limits..Has anyone found drinking water to really help? I know it kind of sounds like I am rushing into this, but I need to fit into something besides my 3 t-shirts and maternity jeans!!
